The Bronxville School PTA has created a school-wide DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Committee. The Mission of the DEI Committee is to encourage an environment amongst the school community where members from diverse backgrounds based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, language, (dis)ability, or age feel seen, heard and empowered.

We strive to meet our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion by sharing, listening, learning and applying these ideas to the school community. The committee offers parents resources, brings relevant experts to speak and works to recognize and celebrate the diversity within our own community.

The DEI Committee will host events throughout the year offering opportunities for our community to share, learn and celebrate. All school community members are welcome to join our committee. We are open to ideas on how to fulfill our mission.
