Please join the B*Well committee on Tuesday, January 16th, at 7:00 pm, immediately following the ES Council Meeting being held at 6:30 pm, in the Multi-Purpose room, as they welcome speaker Dr. Kelly Graling. Dr. Graling is a clinical psychologist specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and anxiety and stress management in ES/MS aged children.
Dr. Graling's Bio: Kelly Graling, Director of Consultation Services, is a full-time licensed clinical psychologist at CBC where she coordinates, trains and consults to numerous schools and agencies on a local and national level applying CBT and DBT. She is also an individual, family and group therapist who treats adolescents, adults and families. Dr. Graling leads DBT skills training groups and conducts individual CBT and DBT therapies. She has received intensive training in both CBT and DBT. She specializes in the treatment of mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma and anxiety disorders, interpersonal difficulties, as well as personality disorders, suicidal and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors.
