Although we are in uncertain times, we are still looking to the future so that we are prepared for the 2020-21 school year. In the coming week, the PTA will send out a CALL TO VOLUNTEER for positions on the 2020-21 School Councils or PTA Board. Now, perhaps more than ever, we need the help of our parent body to strengthen our sense of community.

The BOLD Council is working on re-scheduling the Executive Function Talk with Rachel Haddad. It will be offered as a Zoom conference and will focus on quarantine specific strategies for helping your child maintain and build on their executive function skills.

Kindergarten Registration for the 20-21 School Year is underway online. For information and to register please visit this website. Any questions about registration can be directed to Any questions about accessing the form or parent portal (current BXV families only) can be directed to

Principal's Update:  Beginning the week of April 13, all classroom teachers will be running sessions on Zoom three times per week. In the event our school closure runs past April 15, ES will be using this platform as a way of maintaining a sense of classroom community. Information on how to access zoom, guidelines for students, and security measures will be forthcoming.
