Webinars
All parents are invited to participate in the following three webinars hosted by Hallways, which will be exclusive content for Bronxville parents and address the specific issues our community is facing currently. We know how disorienting the last several weeks have been, and our individual and collective realities continue to evolve by the minute. And yet, we can (and must!) still take time to breathe, to manage anxiety, to care for ourselves, our relationships and our communities.
Hallways is a NYC-based organization which offers programming for school communities grounded in evidence-based practices and the latest research on effective prevention, social and emotional health.
Parent gatherings will take place on the following days and times and cover these three topic areas:
-
April 21 from 8 - 9pm: Promoting Social Emotional Health While Homeschooling
-
April 30 from 1 - 2pm: Growing Our Circles of Concern
If you cannot attend, the virtual gatherings will be recorded and links will be available for you to watch on demand. Over the next three weeks, Hallways invites you to join us as we reflect on how we are doing, learn skills to move through challenging emotional responses (our own and our children's!) and share strategies and resources to support social and emotional health. Parents can sign-up for each gathering they are interested in attending through this Eventbrite. All participants will receive a link to join our online gathering via email prior to each session.
